CMS UNIT SIGNS MICHIGAN EXPLORATION DEAL

DEARBORN, Mich., July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- CMS Energy Corporation (NYSE: CMS) today announced that NOMECO Oil & Gas Co., its oil and gas exploration unit, has entered into an exploration and development agreement with Mercury Exploration Company. Mercury's principal office is in Fort Worth, Texas, and it has operational headquarters in Gaylord, Mich.
