New business wins include several existing client upgrades to the current version of CMS OPEN. Mayer, Brown and Platt, the seventh highest grossing law firm in the US and a customer since 1991, is upgrading from the CLO2 product, the predecessor to CMS OPEN. As Mayer Brown and Platt continues its global expansion this year through mergers with law firms in Frankfurt and Paris, it is well positioned to take advantage of CMS OPEN's multi-currency and multilingual features.

In addition to other recent CLO2 upgrades, CMS OPEN has further increased its share serving the finance, accounting, and tax marketplace by signing Geller & Company, formerly Martin Geller CPA, a leading financial information outsourcing organization based in New York.

The United Kingdom and The Netherlands have seen considerable expansion of the CMS OPEN product in all sectors. Brachers Solicitors, a prominent law firm in Kent, selected CMS OPEN for its advanced features, scalability and web functionality. D. Young & Co., patent agents, also chose CMS OPEN, as did BGL Reads Group, a leading financial services organization in Guernsey. In The Netherlands, two large law firms have signed, including Nolst Trenite of Rotterdam and Van Doorne of Amsterdam.
