CMP Media Makes a Strategic Investment in Trilogy Technology to Fundamentally Re-Engineer Its Sales Processes.

This alliance will deliver a complete front office solution and strong competitive advantage to CMP and firmly establish Trilogy's presence in the media industry.

The partnership is based on Trilogy's SC Media Suite. SC Media Suite is a solution that incorporates comprehensive needs analysis and an electronic media kit, as well as rating, promotion, contract and insertion management tools that will enable CMP Media to achieve better customer service, reduce time in the sales cycle and drive CMP's rapid growth.

Debra Robinson, vice president and chief information officer at CMP, was the person who spearheaded CMP's relationship with Trilogy.

She explained, "We offer a robust range of products and services to our customers, but product depth and breadth is not enough.
