 today announced that Rightslink, CCC's digital rights management solution, has been chosen for CMP Media's online publications, and will launch soon with InformationWeek.com and NetworkComputing.com.

CMP Media will use Rightslink to instantly license the use of copyrighted articles over the Web, including delivery of the content itself directly to customers. Anyone interested in reproducing an article can get immediate permission simply by clicking on a rights and permissions link located near the article. Customers can pay online by credit card or request an invoice.

 & Company have already integrated Rightslink into their sites, and CCC has signed contracts with other leading publishers such as Cahners Business Information and Blackwell Publishing. Cahners will use Rightslink to provide instant digital licensing and reprint services for all Cahners' online publications in the electronics, manufacturing and new product development, manufacturing processes, supply chain/original equipment manufacturing (OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it.
