(CMIC BRASIL), will be capitalized at 550,000 reals and offer clinical trial support services for drug and food development in Brazil. CMIC holds a 70% stake in the new company while local company MMTECH retains the remaining 30%. CMIC also announced the opening of a new office in Shanghai.
