) new line of Presario Internet PCs. The relationship bundles top consumer Web sites from the CMGI and CMGI @Ventures network to deliver innovative and compelling consumer content, features and functionality into Compaq's new My Presario Internet Activity Center.

Launched June 21, 2000, Compaq's My Presario Internet Activity Center represents a unique alliance between Compaq and consumer Web sites, such as SpotLife, Snapfish, eCircles and iCast, to help My Presario computer users discover the boundless creative and entertaining possibilities of the Internet. Presario owners will now be able to create dynamic interactive communities, develop and share photographs for free, broadcast personal streaming video A one-way video transmission over a data network. It is widely used on the Web as well as company networks to play video clips and video broadcasts. Computers in home networks stream video to digital media hubs connected to a home theater.  and enjoy leading online entertainment.

Presario users will join millions of eCircles members who chat, network, swap photos, plan events and share documents at eCircles' site.

Snapfish:

Snapfish (http://www.snapfish.com) will offer Compaq's users quality photo services including free prints, free processing, free digitization and free online sharing for 35 mm film in the Compaq My Presario Photo Activity Center. Users will pay only $1.69 for shipping and handling of their quality prints on Kodak paper. Snapfish and the Photo Activity Center will offer complete photo services for digital camera users including printing, sharing and online storage.

SpotLife:

SpotLife (http://www.spotlife.com) delivers personal broadcasting Personal broadcasting is a term for participatory journalism that focuses on television webcasting over the internet. The term is akin to "personal publishing" which is synonymous with blogging.  capabilities to the Cool Activity and VideoCam Activity Centers for users of the new Presario line. Compaq now includes SpotLife enabled Internet video Video material obtained from the Internet. It may refer to streaming video from real time broadcasts, streaming archival material or downloading video files for watching later, all of which are viewed on the computer.  cameras with all Presario computers sold, empowering Presario customers to easily broadcast live or stored video over the Internet.
