CMGI To Convene Annual Stockholders Meeting; Will Host Live Webcast of Annual Meeting.

WALTHAM, Mass. -- CMGI, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMGI) will host its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, December 6, 2006, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time in The State Room, 60 State Street, 33rd Floor, Boston, Massachusetts. The meeting, as well as a presentation regarding the Company and its business, will be webcast from CMGI's corporate web site at http://www.cmgi.com/investor. The webcast is open to all interested parties, including press and individual investors, and will be hosted by Joseph C. Lawler, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Admission to CMGI's Annual Meeting will be on a first-come, first-served basis. An admission ticket and picture identification will be required to enter the meeting and each stockholder will be entitled to bring one guest.
