, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMGI) today announced that David Wetherell, CMGI's Chairman of the Board, intends to sell up to 200,000 shares of CMGI common stock, representing less than 1% of Mr. Wetherell's holdings, into the public market prior to the end of calendar year 2002. According to according to
