@Ventures, has purchased all of the outstanding stock of Nice Technologies, Inc., an Internet development company based in Capitola, CA. The company, renamed NetCarta, will relocate to Scotts Valley, CA, and has begun recruiting additional development and marketing/sales staff.

The newly capitalized NetCarta will deliver Web management, navigation, and design tools intended to make the Web easier to use and more practical for MIS departments in corporations. The company's flagship product A primary product of a company, which is typically why the company was founded and/or what made it well known. For example, MS-DOS, Windows and the Microsoft Office suite have been flagship products of Microsoft. CorelDRAW is a flagship product of Corel Corporation.  is a Web-site management program code named "Webmaster". Webmaster gives system administrators the ability to make broad structural changes to site hierarchies, test and validate links, and edit or manipulate server objects (pages, graphics, or programs) -- all without the need to directly access individual Web pages. The product is Web server independent.
