CMG To Power Atlas Telecom Mobile's SMS Content; ATM Purchases CMG's Carrier-Grade SMSC and ISR Solutions.

An agreement announced today between CMG Wireless Data Solutions and Atlas Telecom Mobile (ATM) will allow content providers that subscribe to ATM's distribution network to seamlessly reach all of ATM's wireless carriers. Thanks to CMG, ATM's wireless content providers no longer need to hook up to and maintain different messaging distribution networks in order to reach the largest possible audience.

CMG entered into the agreement with ATM to provide its industry-leading SMSC (Short Message Service Center) and ISR (Inter-SMSC Router) solutions for use in ATM's key messaging services. The deal will let ATM provide content to its growing customer base, regardless of the different wireless technologies in use by particular companies.

CMG's Multimode SMSC (Short Message Service Center) and ISR (Inter-SMSC Router) solutions will bridge the disparate wireless protocols in use in U.S. and Canada (including CDMA, TDMA, GSM and iDEN) and serve as the backbone for ATM's content distribution network, providing ATM's carrier and content provider customers with high-volume content pipelines, accurate and flexible billing arrangements, aggressive but easily met SLAs and access to a broad spectrum of SMS-based content channels.
