OMS provides intranet and extranet applications to customers enabling integrated employee benefits communication and online transactions. OMS is demonstrating its HR solution capabilities through Sept. 17, 1997 at the Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. Discovery '97 HR and Benefits Conference being held at The Phoenician Hotel, Scottsdale, Ariz. OMS, based in San Jose, Calif., is developing an application that will allow CMG to build D-Access, an online employee benefits service. At its first release, scheduled for Oct. 2, 1997, D-Access will access 401(K) plans. D-Access is a product specifically developed for companies managing employee benefits for medium to large size firms.

The D-Access product name refers to its delivery of daily and direct access on a 24-hour, seven-day basis to users. The self-service benefits bureau lets individuals take control of their benefits, including Section 125 Plans (Flexible Spending Accounts flexible spending account,
