CMAA annual banquet honors Projects of the Year.The Metro New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of and New Jersey Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA CMAA Club Managers Association of America CMAA Construction Management Association of America CMAA Crane Manufacturers Association of America CMAA Country Music Association of Australia CMAA Customs Mutual Assistance Agreement ) presented eight awards at its seventh annual banquet held on May 3rd at the New York Hilton. The honorees this year included Donald J. Trump, president of The Trump Organization, as Developer of the Year; Zeckendorf Realty's 515 Park Avenue as one of three Projects of the Year, along with J.A. Jones-GMO Construction, as construction manager. Other Projects of the Year included the Times Square Hotel and Theatres Redevelopment, with Forest City Ratner.owner, and Lehrer McGovern Bovis, construction manager; The Gershwin Apartments, with Jack Resnick & Sons, owner, and HRH HRH abbr. Her (or His) Royal Highness HRH Her (or His) Royal Highness HRH abbr (= His (or Her) Royal Highness) → S.A.R. Construction as construction manager. Other honorees included Peter Marcheto of Lebrer McGovern Bovis as Construction Manager of the Year; the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (acronym: DASNY, IPA pronunciation: ['dæzniː]; also frequently referred to as just "Dormitory Authority") provides construction, financing, and allied services which serve for Public Owner of the Year; and Ronald J. PennellA, of Standart Enterprises, who received the Chapter Achievement Award. The Interior Project of the Year was awarded to the Environmental Defense Fund as owner, and ICS (1) (Internet Connection Sharing) A Windows feature that enables two or more computers to share one Internet connection.
