in Nashville. A CMA task force made up of the top talent agents, artist managers and concert promoters developed the forum for professionals in the live entertainment and touring arenas.

"We missed the former SRO opportunity to have a platform to address touring issues that affect all the talent agencies and managers today," said Steve Moore, Chairman of the task force and Executive Director of Moore Entertainment. "We were looking for a platform to discuss the issues and hopefully provide some of the solutions for improving our relations and the business."

The sessions are included in CRS registration and will be facilitated by Russ Simons, General Manager of the Gaylord Entertainment Center and President of Power Solutions, Inc. in Nashville.

Session I, entitled "State of the Concert Touring Industry - The Issues," will be held from 10 to 11:30 AM and will focus on identifying the most pressing concerns of the touring and live performance industry. Session II, entitled "State of the concert Touring Industry - The Answers," follows the first forum from 1:30 to 3 PM as top names in the business brainstorm solutions effecting everyone touched by the concert business.

With so many compatible interests, Moore said presenting SRO 2001: The Concert Connection during CRS 2001 made sense. "It was a great opportunity to combine with CRS. They are already hosting showcases for young talent and there is quite a bit of crossover between our business in the touring industry and radio. We don't operate independent of radio. It is the perfect match for a discussion of the issues by industry professionals and leaders from both sides."
