CLX Investment Company Updates Ongoing China Projects of Portfolio Investment ActionView International.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- CLX Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:CLXN) today announced that portfolio investment company ActionView International Inc., in a letter sent to its shareholders, has outlined the progress of its project at a major Chinese airport and the planned expansion into additional advertising locations in China.

ActionView, a manufacturer and marketer of scrolling advertising billboards, has been contracted to place 50 custom-designed advertising signs at the new Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, which is expected to become the largest airport in Asia with an estimated capacity of 80 million passengers annually.

CLX Investments holds 2,000,000 shares of ActionView common stock. Under terms of the companies' investment agreement, CLX is providing a draw-down line of credit in the amount of $350,000 to ActionView to support the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport project as well as ActionView's broader expansion in global markets.

In the September 29, 2005 update to ActionView shareholders, company president Christopher J. Stringer explains that the airport project will place 50 signs at the airport along the international arrival and outdoor loading bus stop areas. The signs were designed to address the stringent requirements of the airport authority and offer the following features: (i) a double-sided backlit cabinet, anchored and protected from push carts, with twelve 3 by 5 foot scrolling posters showcasing advertisers every 15 seconds and (ii) an LED display providing pertinent airport information to waiting passengers. Mr. Stringer also reports that even before installation had begun 60% of the available advertising has already been sold and that ActionView Group conservatively expects to generate $1.4 million in advertising revenue from these 50 signs in the first full year following installation. ActionView is completing the manufacturing of the signs in preparation for installation to begin this month.

Beyond the first 50 signs, ActionView is designing 5 by 10 foot panorama advertising signs for 100 proposed locations inside the domestic terminal of the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. Following design review approval from the airport authority, installation is expected to begin during the first quarter of 2006. The ActionView Group conservatively expects to generate $2.6 million in advertising revenue from these 100 signs in the first full year following installation.

In addition to the projects at the Guangzhou Airport, ActionView's local marketing partners are in various stages of discussions with other significant advertising locations in China.
