CLX Investment Company Releases January Newsletter Reviewing Progress in 2005.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- CLX Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:CLXN) today issued its January 2006 investor newsletter, which highlights the important company developments and milestones that occurred in calendar year 2005. The January newsletter reviews how CLX began 2005 with only one portfolio investment, eStrategy Solutions, which had not yet launched its expanded content delivery platform, the cornerstone of its current business. Not only was the expanded platform launched, allowing eStrategy Solutions to grow to the point that it has begun repaying the capital CLX provided, but CLX has added two additional investments to the CLX portfolio, a one million share common stock position in ActionView International and a 20% equity position in Zonda, Inc.

Also discussed in the year's review were Tammy D. Dunn's appointment to lead CLX in early July, and the company's association with the Keiretsu Forum, the largest angel investment network in North America, which was announced in October.
