CLX Investment Company Provides Update on Stock Dividend Distribution.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- CLX Investment Company Inc. (OTCBB:CLXN) today provided an update on the distribution of CLX common stock as part of the 1-for-3 dividend, which had a Sept. 30, 2005, closing date.

"Distribution of the dividend shares is winding down, with most all stockholders having already received their stock either in certificate form or deposited in their brokerage accounts," stated Tammy D. Dunn, chief executive officer of CLX Investment Company. "There are still a small percentage of dividend shares to be distributed through brokerage firms, banks and other applicable institutions whose clients are eligible to receive the stock dividend, but we expect this process to be completed in the very near future."

The dividend shares are, by Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, restricted subject to Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933, which carry two-year restriction from the date of stock issuance with no action taken but may become free trading with an attorney's letter after one year.
