CLX Investment Company Outlines Expected Repayment Schedule from eStrategy Solutions.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- CLX Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:CLXN) today announced the repayment schedule from its investment into portfolio company eStrategy Solutions. The first payment, which represented approximately 8% of the amount that eStrategy Solutions drew down from the line of credit that CLX provided, was received earlier this month and continued monthly payments will be made to CLX until the full amount, plus interest, has been repaid.

"The amount of the monthly payments CLX is scheduled to receive from eStrategy Solutions is expected to increase at regular increments so that full repayment will be achieved in a matter of months," stated Tammy Dunn, chief executive officer of CLX Investment Company. "Receipt of these payments is not only an important milestone for CLX and a validation of our investment strategy, but it will also allow the company to use that revenue to potentially fund other investments or otherwise expand the capabilities CLX."

CLX Investment Company made available to eStrategy Solutions, a Texas-based e-learning provider that develops online training solutions for government entities and other professional organizations, with a draw down line of credit in the sum of $250,000 to fund the launch its new content delivery platform and grow its business.
