CLX Investment Company Announces eStrategy Solutions Agreement with Educational Institute on Aging for Online Education Courses.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- CLX Investment Company (OTCBB:CLXN) today announced that portfolio investment eStrategy Solutions, an e-learning provider, has entered into an agreement to develop and implement online education courses for the Educational Institute on Aging (EIA), a subsidiary foundation of the Texas Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (TAHSA).

Under terms of the agreement, the EIA will determine the objectives and content of the courses and will be primarily responsible for promotion and marketing of the courses to caregivers for the elderly and associated occupations in the state of Texas. eStrategy Solutions is tasked with tailoring the custom content for web based delivery, delivering and testing each user on competency, issuing certificates to EIA users who achieve a passing score on the courses, providing reports on user activity, course status and billing reports, hosting and maintaining the online delivery system, and handling all customer billing.
