CLX Investment Company Announces eStrategy Solutions Agreement with Department of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- CLX Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:CLXN) today announced that portfolio investment eStrategy Solutions, an e-learning provider, has entered into a services agreement with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission's Rate Analysis Department, under which eStrategy will develop and implement online training and testing programs for care facility workers in the state of Texas.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has oversight responsibilities over the four state health and human services departments, including the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS), and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS).

Under the terms of its agreement with HHSC's Rate Analysis Department, eStrategy Solutions will develop and implement online content for the testing and training necessary to certify candidates who work in care facilities throughout the state of Texas, specifically those who fulfill the critical function of preparing reimbursement reports for federal monies. All such individuals must meet certain training requirements and pass the Rate Analysis Department's examination to achieve certification.

Beyond implementing the testing element in the short-term, eStrategy Solutions has also been contracted to bring web-based content to the training element of the HHSC Rate Analysis Department's certification process, beginning in January 2006.
