CLX Investment Company Announces First Issuance of Shares as Part of Stock Dividend.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- CLX Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:CLXN) today announced that the first round of stock certificates will be sent to certificated shareholders of record later this week as part of the Company's 1-for-3 stock dividend, which had a September 30, 2005 record date.

Shareholders who hold their stock in certificate form will be the first to receive their dividend shares. Stock that is held in "street name" will be issued to individual shareholders through a process that includes the brokers or other financial institutions that hold their stock.

"We are pleased that our transfer agent, Transfer Online, will be sending the first dividend shares to CLX stockholders this week, and we will continue to update this process as it unfolds," commented Tammy Dunn, chief executive officer of CLX Investment Company.
