CLX Investment Company Announces Continued Distribution of Stock Dividend.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- CLX Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:CLXN) today announced that stock certificates have been mailed to all certificated shareholders of record as part of the distribution of the Company's 1-for-3 stock dividend, which closed on September 30, 2005.

As the distribution continues, shareholders whose stock is held in "street name" will be issued their dividend shares through a process that includes the brokers or other financial institutions that hold their stock. The company's transfer agent, Transfer Online, has requested information from the brokerage firms, banks and other applicable institutions whose clients are eligible to receive the stock dividend. Once the appropriate information has been received, stock certificates will be issued so that all shareholders will receive their dividend shares.

"The distribution of the dividend to our shareholders is progressing on schedule, and we are pleased that Transfer Online has completed the mailing of dividend shares to certificated shareholders," commented Tammy Dunn, chief executive officer of CLX Investment Company. "Clearly, the shares held in street name will take longer to distribute, but since all of the dividend shares are, by Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, restricted subject to Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933, no shareholders will be at a disadvantage by not receiving their stock as quickly as others. Additionally, we hope that shareholders will recognize the significant future potential of the company and will look forward to maintaining their stock ownership for a long period.
