CLX Investment Company Announces $1.9 Million Contract Minimum for ActionView International Agreement in Australia.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- CLX Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:CLXN) today announced that portfolio investment company ActionView International Inc., a manufacturer and global marketer of scrolling advertising billboards, has conservatively forecast to generate a minimum $1.9 million from the company's revenue-sharing agreement with Open Media, Inc., an Australian media company with extensive national advertising relationships.

In June 2005, ActionView completed its revenue-sharing agreement with Open Media, Inc., and two months later, Open Media entered into a letter of intent with a national supermarket chain for the placement of a minimum 200 ActionView-owned signs for point-of-purchase advertising.

Manufacturing has started on the signs for this supermarket chain, and installation will begin once advertiser agreements are completed. Open Media has indicated they are in discussions with other national supermarket chains for similar advertising agreements.

Although the ActionView Group has contracted to receive minimum revenues of $1.9 million over three years from the date of installation of these 200 signs, the company expects the Open Media business relationship to generate much more than this over the same period.

CLX Investment holds 2,000,000 shares of ActionView common stock being released pro-rata as ActionView draws-down on the $350,000 line of credit available to them under the terms of our investment agreement, designed to facilitate the company's successful expansion into new markets.
