CLWYD LEAGUE A SOLITARY goal [...].


CLWYD LEAGUE The Clwyd Football League (currently the The Mackenzie Jones Clwyd Football League) is a football league equivalent to the fifth level of the Welsh football league system in North Wales.  A SOLITARY goal midway through the second half from Richie Roberts banked Penmaenmawr Phoenix a 1-0 victory at Aston Park Rangers which keeps them top of the Mackenzie Jones Clwyd League Premier Division.

Connah's Quay Coordinates:  Connah's Quay (Welsh: Cei Conna) is the largest town in Flintshire, North Wales, lying on the River Dee, near the border with England.  Town are second after beating Llansannan 3-2, Carl Wilson, James Gambino and Brynley Preece their marksmen, James Davies claimed a hat-trick in Abergele Rovers' 5-3 success at Greenfield, Jon Stazicker's late double earned Rhuddlan Town a 4-1 triumph at Sychdyn and Mochdre Sports and Shotton Steel finished 1-1.
