CLWA MEMBER NAMED ALTERNATE FOR LAFCO.

SANTA CLARITA - A Castaic Lake Water Agency Board member has been elected to served as an alternate on the Los Angeles County Local Agency Formation Commission.

Jerry Gladbach was sworn in last week as an alternate for the independent special districts.

``I am honored to have been selected by representatives of other special districts to fill this LAFCO LAFCO Local Agency Formation Commission
