Burger King has done it again.

Not content to sell the unhealthiest fries, the unhealthiest grilled and fried chicken Fried chicken is chicken which is dipped in a breading mixture and then deep fried, pan fried or pressure fried. The breading seals in the juices but also absorbs the fat of the fryer, which is sometimes seen as unhealthy.  sandwiches, and one of the unhealthiest burgers in the known fast-food universe, BK couldn't rest until it dreamed up another disaster.

Instead, try a McDonald's Chicken McGrill (without mayo). It's got 340 calories, seven grams of fat, and 890 mg of sodium. Add a packet of light mayo--if you can find one--and the fat rises to just 11 grams. And Burger King's own BK Broiler broiler

 without the mayo will set you back just nine grams.

The bottom line: You'd be better off with just about any grilled or broiled broil 1
