CLOTHES CALL COLLEGE SHOWS STUDENT FASHION.

Byline: Daily News

LANCASTER - Antelope Valley This article is about the Los Angeles County region. For the census-designated place in Wyoming, see Antelope Valley-Crestview, Wyoming.

The Antelope Valley
College's yearly student fashion show went to the dogs.

Well, to one dog anyway.

Clothing and textile student Kevin Kerwin's Chihuahua named Eternity modeled a wearable-art class project, a quiltlike cape in a technique called barjello.

``I make stuff for her every year, just about. She has more outfits than I do,'' said Kerwin, 21, a 2001 Littlerock High School Littlerock High School is a public, co-educational high school located in Littlerock, California. Some of the students are in the clothing classes for personal knowledge. Others plan on careers in the industry.

Kerwin, for example, has worked at Disneyland for more than a year and hopes to move into costuming and design. The company won't let him reveal what he does.

``I'm in entertainment ... that's as far as I can say,'' he said.
