The Eligibility Rules for CLIXhealth require that the SEC has fully cleared the company's filings by October 20, 1999 for the company to remain listed on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Given the current status of the company's filings, the company anticipates that it is possible the SEC may not respond quickly enough to the company's filings for the company to remain listed on the Bulletin Board following October 20th.

In this event, the company would be traded on the so-called Pink Sheets" until the SEC cleared all of the filings, at which time the company would once again be eligible for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.
