CLIX Group Acquires Data Clarity, Inc.

CLIX Group, Inc., (Pink Sheets: ticker CLIX), announced that it has acquired web software development firm, Data Clarity, Inc.

CLIX Group Chairman and CEO, Timothy W. Cunningham said, "With the addition of Data Clarity, CLIX is poised to deliver high-quality affordable, software on-time and on-budget. Founded in 1999, Data Clarity specializes in back-end web programming. The company teams up with web design firms who need additional programming capabilities to deliver web-enabled solutions to their clients.

Data Clarity's expertise covers a wide range of capabilities including: ASP, PHP, Javascript, Java/J++, C/C++, Perl, SQL, XML, SQLServer, Oracle, MySQL, Windows 98/NT/2000, Linux, and Unix. The company focuses on delivering affordable programming that allow web designers to re-sell the software and generate additional margin.
