Under the terms of the agreement, Medical Management Concepts will market CLIX vascular and echocardiographic ultrasound imaging services into locations operated by Nuclear Imaging Systems Inc.

CLIX currently operates eleven fixed site imaging locations and anticipates being able to open an additional twelve to fifteen locations through the new agreement, more than doubling the number of sites now under management. Each new site is expected to generate $300,000 to $500,000 of annualized annualized
