The attorney representing a Sacramento woman is demanding a multimillion-dollar payment from Clippers center Michael Olowokandi Michael Olowokandi (born April 3 1975 in Lagos, Nigeria), nicknamed The Kandi Man is a Nigerian professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association. He currently is a free agent.  in a civil action filed Tuesday in Stockton.

 a statement released Wednesday by Olowokandi's representatives at Bill Duffy and Associates Sports Management, the woman - who, like Olowokandi, was a University of Pacific student at the time - is alleging her 1998 relationship with Olowokandi that produced a child included one sexual encounter that was not consensual.
