CLEVER GROWTH INDUSTRY FESTIVAL TO SHOW PLANTS HANDY FOR ARTS, CRAFTS.Byline: Daily News PALMDALE - Some 45 artisans and merchants will sell decorated gourds and craft supplies at the sixth annual Gourd gourd (gôrd, g rd), common name for some members of the Cucurbitaceae, a family of plants whose range includes all tropical and subtropical areas and extends into the temperate zones.
