The Cavaliers (19-8) trailed 60-45 to start the fourth quarter, but UCLA-bound Billy Knight's eight points helped a 14-5 Westchester run that put the game away.

``They came in waves and more waves,'' Chevalier said. ``My guys got tired. I hope they (the Comets Non-periodic comets are seen only once. They are usually on near-parabolic orbits that will not return to the vicinity of the Sun for thousands of years, if ever.

Knight scored 15 points in the second half and led Westchester with 24.

Donald Holt, who at times tried to take on Westchester's press on his own, scored 20 in his final high school game.

The Cavaliers were shell-shocked in their return to major City basketball and Chevalier tried to press Westchester and slow down the tempo. However, the athletic Tony Bland Anthony David ("Tony") Bland (21 September1970 - 3 March 1993) was a supporter of Liverpool football club injured in the Hillsborough disaster. He suffered severe brain damage that left him in a persistent vegetative state whereby the hospital, with the support of his parents, , a point guard who UCLA UCLA University of California at Los Angeles

Westchester will face Palisades Palisades, cliffs along the west bank of the Hudson River, NE N.J. and SE N.Y., extending from N of Jersey City, N.J., to the vicinity of Piermont, N.Y., with a general altitude of from 350 ft to 550 ft (107–168 m).  in Friday's semifinals.

and that's why it was close at the beginning,'' Bland said. ``We had to establish ourselves in the second half and prove we were the better team. But they were good.''

The Cavaliers impressed by playing the entire 32 minutes without relenting. Last season Chatsworth was outscored 48-4 by Westchester in the middle of the game and it was over.

Chevalier promises more playoff appearances and more glory at Cleveland.

``We're going to start working today,'' Chevalier said. ``We learned a lot, and they were a good team. These guys played as hard as we could but ran out of gas. But don't worry, we'll be back strong. I promise.''

Chevalier knows something about playoff experience. He was a star point guard for the Cavaliers during their glory days in the 1980s. He wants to return.
