Beverage (U.S.) Corporation ("Clearly Canadian U.S.") has acquired the distribution rights for Clearly Canadian beverage products in the States of Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia West Virginia, E central state of the United States. Additionally, pursuant to the other product distribution re-alignments, the Company has also assigned the distribution rights for the States of Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas to Central Wholesale Liquor Co. and has assigned the distribution rights for the State of Texas to one of its other master distributors, Vancol Industries Inc. In connection with some of the funding for the acquisition of the distribution rights from Wesmark, the Company has granted a non- transferable share purchase warrant to Clearly Canadian U.S. If such warrant is exercised, the proceeds from the sale of the Company's shares would be used to fund certain of the acquisition payments by CCBC CCBC Community College of Baltimore County (Maryland) CCBC Community College of Beaver County (Monaca, Pennsylvania) CCBC Caerphilly County Borough Council (Wales, UK) U.S. to Wesmark.
