(the "company"), wishes to announce that due to prevailing market conditions as well as the company's current reorganization, the board of directors has reallocated and repriced an aggregate of 1,506,800 previously granted incentive stock options exercisable at a price of $3.95 per share.

The new director and employee incentive options will be exercisable for the same period, ending April 28, 2003, and shall be exercisable at a price of $2.10 (inclusive of inclusive of
prep.
Taking into consideration or account; including.
 allowable discount). The aggregate number of option shares will remain the same at 1,506,800 shares.
