Santa Clarita residents also can use Chiquita Canyon Landfill, but must prove they live in the city in order to receive free service. ``People wanting to dump trash at the sites need to bring their driver's license and one utility bill showing their service address. If both addresses match - that of the driver's license and the service address on the bill - then we allow them to dump their trash for free,'' said Ryan Wurgler, district manager for Republic Waste Services.
