CLEAN-AIR CONTEST FOCUSES ON KIDS.Byline: Angela Randazzo Staff Writer Ventura County kids ages 6-11 can earn performing arts tickets and win other prizes by entering the True Blue for Clean Air campaign, which encourages youngsters to draw, color and write what they'll do to help clean the air. The True Blue program is sponsored by the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District in cooperation with Vons. Entry forms will be available through Friday at local Vons supermarkets. ``Kids are our future for cleaning the air,'' said air pollution control officer Richard Baldwin. ``They can also be persuasive and talk to their parents about changing their habits for a healthier environment.''
