 CLB co-founder and managing director, Peter J. Hughes, Abreu brings 17 years of banking and extensive experience in advising middle market companies relative to the debt and equity markets, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Before joining CLB, Abreu most recently served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Client Manager in the Middle Market Banking-Financial Strategies Group of Bank of America, working with both private and public middle market companies. Prior to his role as a Senior Client Manager, Abreu was a Managing Director and general corporate banker with Banc of America Securities, responsible for delivering capital market resources to middle market companies in South Florida.
