KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Casey Clausen Casey Clausen (born January 9, 1981) is a former American football player who played college football for the University of Tennessee. He took over the starting position from A.J. Clausen, the freshman out of Alemany High, finished 19 of 24 for 362 yards as Tennessee (7-3, 4-3 Southeastern Conference) won its fourth straight since he's been inserted as a starter and beat the Wildcats (2-9, 0-8) for the 16th straight year.
