Since winning the Kondrashin Competition in 1989, British conductor Mark Wigglesworth Mark Wigglesworth (born 19 July 1964[1], Sussex, England) is a British conductor. Pianist David Helfgott, whose life story was told in the acclaimed movie ``Shine,'' has added a fourth and final concert to a series of local appearances.

He will perform April 28 at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. ``Shine'' was nominated for seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Actor and Director.
