 Hospital Sexual Assault Response Team sexual assault response team A team of health care professionals–eg, ER physician, forensic nurse, social worker, specifically trained in responding to victims of sexual assault–rape; SARTs combine '…  Center will present a course for medical professionals to learn how to become sexual assault forensic examiners for adults or adolescents.

The 40-hour course June 26-30 is for people who are physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses or physician assistants.

``This course is designed for individuals who are interested in developing their skills as interdisciplinary team interdisciplinary team,

The course will will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 26-30 in conference room 203 of the Antelope Valley Outpatient Imaging Center building, 44105 15th St. W. The tuition is free for Antelope Valley Hospital employees. Non-AVH employees or outside participants' tuition is $500 and due upon registration. Deadline for registration is June 19.
