CLASP releases publication on reducing poverty.By the Center for Law and Social Policy and the Spotlight Spotlight can refer to at least three types of lighting:

The publication furthers the endeavors of many national research, think tank and advocacy organizations to help establish the issue of poverty on the national political agenda.
