CLARiiON Incorporates Emulex LightPulse LP7000E Into Its FC5000 Series Fibre Channel Disk Array.


Costa Mesa, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 16, 1998--Emulex Corp. (Nasdaq:EMLX), a leader in fibre channel technology and products, Monday announced that the CLARiiON Advanced Storage Division of Data General Corp., the world's leading supplier of open RAID-based full fibre channel disk arrays, has selected the LP7000E adapter for its FC5000 Series fibre channel disk array family.
