"The partnership with ITL provides a number of advantages for CLARK," said Frank Sanchez, CLARK vice-president and general manager, Parts Group. "First, it provides customers with a broad selection of sizes, compounds and treads to meet any application. Secondly, the ANSER:BRAND tire meets some customers' needs for a value tire. Beyond product, ITL has the worldwide manufacturing presence, quality systems and technology to make the CLARK tire program the most competitive in the industry," he said.

For forklift truck customers and CLARK dealers, the tire program is the latest example of CLARK'S continuous goal of offering an increasing range of quality services and products to meet each customer's needs, from sales to service, maintenance and aftermarket parts.

Sanchez said CLARK'S new tire program with ITL reinforces its corporate growth strategy of expanding and improving its aftermarket parts division by introducing new products, improving off-the-shelf availability of parts, increasing marketing and promotion of fast-moving parts, implementing incentive programs for dealers, and launching coordinated truck and parts promotions.

CLARK has manufacturing and distribution facilities in Lexington and Mulheim, Germany, which employ about a thousand people. It has company-owned dealerships in Paris and Lyon Lyon
