Seertech Corporation (Other OTC:STCR), a developer of advanced technologies for the display, signage, and power industries, announced the appointment of William "Bill" Baumgardner, Jr. to its Board of Directors. Additionally, Michael Sauvante has elected to step down as Seertech's Chairman to pursue outside interests. He will continue to provide consulting services to the company in a variety of areas. Frank Bachinsky, Seertech's President and Chief Executive Officer, has assumed the role of Chairman for the company.

Mr. Baumgardner is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BACE n., a., & 1. See Base.  International Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina North Carolina, state in the SE United States.
