CLARET BLAKE'S IN LUCK.Byline: ALAN NIXON ROBBIE BLAKE Robert James "Robbie" Blake (born March 4 1976 in Middlesbrough, England) is an English footballer, currently playing for Burnley F.C in the English Football League Championship as a striker. He began his career with Darlington F. scored the wonder winner against Manchester United - despite changing his superstitions. Burnley's Blake (above) is the first to admit he does not like to change his habits, but a couple went out of the window before the biggest night of his life. Blake was made to alter his dressing room spot by the arrival of new boy Andre Bikey, and he also swapped his usual red underpants for white ones. The Clarets forward, 33, admitted: "I'm ridiculous about these things, and when you look at them it's pathetic pa·thet·ic also pa·thet·i·cal adj. 1.
