MKI is based in Mineola, New York Mineola is a village in Nassau County, New York, USA. The population was 19,233 at the 2000 census. The name is derived from a Native American word meaning a "pleasant place."

It is the county seat of Nassau CountyGR6.
 and will operate as a member of CLARCOR's Purolator Advanced Filtration Group within the CLARCOR Industrial/Environmental Filtration segment. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to CLARCOR's 2006 earnings.

CLARCOR is based in Franklin, Tennessee, and is a diversified marketer and manufacturer of mobile, industrial and environmental filtration products and consumer and industrial packaging products sold in domestic and international markets. Common shares of the Company are traded on the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)
