Disgusted Co-op staff complained after the hearse and a limo were targeted. But bosses at notorious IS Traffic Management demanded a pounds 200 release fee. An onlooker said: "What's the world coming to when they're even clamping the dead? The undertakers couldn't believe it. "One minute they were comforting bereaved relatives, the next they were dealing with sub-human scum."
