CLAMPING THE DEAD; Parking sharks target a hearse.

CLAMPERS swooped on a HEARSE as undertakers prepared to take a coffin to a funeral.

Disgusted Co-op staff complained after the hearse and a limo were targeted.

But bosses at notorious IS Traffic Management demanded a pounds 200 release fee.

An onlooker said: "What's the world coming to when they're even clamping the dead? The undertakers couldn't believe it.

"One minute they were comforting bereaved relatives, the next they were dealing with sub-human scum."

The cars were eventually freed "as a gesture of goodwill" at Poplar, East London East London, city (1991 pop. 240,474), Eastern Cape, SE South Africa, on the Indian Ocean.
