: CKSG) today announced that revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 1996, ended August 31, 1996, reached $15.5 million, an increase of 63% from revenues of $9.5 million recorded in the same period of the prior year.

The Company reported net income of $1.5 million, or $0.11 per share, an increase of 288% from net income of $380,000, or $0.04 per share, for the third quarter of fiscal 1995.

Revenues for the nine months, ended August 31, 1996, were $38.4 million, an increase of 57% from $24.5 million for the first nine months of fiscal 1995. Net income for the first nine months of fiscal 1996 was $3.5 million, or $0.27 per share, an increase of 346% from net income of $789,000 or $0.07 per share, for the comparable period in the prior year.

New media services contributed approximately 35% of total revenues in the third quarter. Revenues attributable to new media services increased approximately 19% in the third quarter as compared to the second quarter of fiscal 1996.
