CK Nutritional Ingredients, Cyvex form alliance.

C.K. Foods Inc., Toronto, Canada, and Cyvex Nutrition, Inc., Irvine, CA, have formed a strategic alliance wherein C.K. Foods' nutritional ingredients division will distribute and market Cyvex Nutrition's portfolio of proprietary nutraceutical ingredients to the Canadian natural foods and dietary supplement industry. Under the terms of a multi-year agreement, CK Nutritional Ingredients will market, sell, warehouse and distribute the complete range of Cyvex's proprietary, branded and scientifically researched specialty nutritional ingredients, including ingredients like PomActiv pomegranate extract, AppleZin apple extract and Berry Vin high-ORAC berries.
