Rosario Marin Rosario Marin (originally: MarĂ­n) was the 41st Treasurer of the United States from August 21, 2001 to June 30, 2003 under President George W. Bush. Education  and Rosalie Mule have been appointed to the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB CIWMB California Integrated Waste Management Board ), Sacramento. These positions require State Senate confirmation and receive compensation of $117,818.

Marin was appointed treasurer of the U.S. by President George W. Bush in 2001 and served until 2003. She was previously a member of the city council and Mayor of the city of Huntington Park Huntington Park, city (1990 pop. 56,065), Los Angeles co., S Calif., a residential and industrial suburb of Los Angeles; founded 1856, inc. 1906. She was previously government affairs and municipal marketing director for Waste Management of Florida and Waste Management's Southwest Florida Division from 1998 to 2003. Mule was government affairs and municipal marketing manager for Browning-Ferris Industries Southwest Florida Division from 1995 to 1998 and government affairs and recycling manager for Browning-Ferris Industries Hawaii Division from 1990 to 1995.

She was a program manager for the San Diego Ecology Center from 1988 to 1990 and public participation manager for the Metro II Wastewater Program in San Diego from 1980 to 1984. Mule is currently a member of the Transportation-Infrastructure Committee at the Southwest Riverside Economic Development Corp., the Riverside County Independent Hearing Panel on Waste Enforcement Permit Issues and the Riverside County Task Force on Illegal Dumping.
